1. PracticeLab Service

PracticeLab provides AI-powered study tools, personalized practice questions, exam-style practice, performance tracking, and related educational features.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You must provide accurate information and may not use PracticeLab for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

3. User Materials

You may upload study materials to PracticeLab. You retain ownership of materials you lawfully own.

By uploading materials, you grant PracticeLab the limited rights necessary to process those materials and generate requested study content.

You may not upload content that you do not have the legal right to use.

4. AI-Generated Content

PracticeLab uses artificial intelligence to generate questions, explanations, and study content. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or errors.

PracticeLab is not affiliated with or endorsed by College Board, Educational Testing Service, individual schools, universities, or examination authorities unless explicitly stated otherwise.

PracticeLab-generated questions are original practice materials and are not official examination questions.

5. Free and Paid Features

PracticeLab may provide free features and paid subscription features. Feature availability, usage limits, and subscription benefits may change as the service evolves.

PracticeLab Pro is currently offered on the website for US$9.99 per month.

6. Subscription Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable recurring price unless canceled before the next billing date.

You may manage or cancel your website subscription through the subscription management portal available from your PracticeLab account.

7. Cancellation

If you cancel a subscription, you will normally retain access to paid features until the end of the period for which payment has already been made, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Attempt to bypass subscription or usage limits.
• Attack, disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
• Use PracticeLab for illegal activities.
• Upload malicious files or content.
• Interfere with another user's access to PracticeLab.

9. Educational Disclaimer

PracticeLab is a study aid. We do not guarantee any specific score, grade, admission result, academic outcome, or examination performance.

10. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue parts of PracticeLab when necessary for maintenance, security, product development, or other operational reasons.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daily Life Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from use of PracticeLab.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as PracticeLab changes. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
